The health and safety of our clients and staff is our utmost priority amidst the growing concerns and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus. Here at Barris Laser & Skicare, we want to remain proactive and follow all guidelines provided by the (CDC) Center for Disease Control.

Fortunately, most people who become infected with the coronavirus experience only mild illness and recover, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Still, the WHO advises everyone to take steps to protect themselves and others, including washing hands frequently, avoiding close contact with people who are coughing or sneezing and staying home when you’re feeling under the weather.

In addition, we kindly ask you to observe the following safety measures as a valued client at Barris:

  • If you have recently traveled outside of the U.S., please advise us before coming in.
  • If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. We will gladly cancel your appointment at no additional cost and work with you to find a convenient time for your treatment when you are well.

Cleaning & Sanitation at Barris Laser & Skincare

Barris Laser & Skincare follows strict guidelines for the disinfection of the entire spa.

  • We use hospital-grade disinfectant wipes and sprays.
  • All of our tools are autoclaved after each use.
  • Towels, headbands, wraps, and sheets are cleaned and laundered after each client.

For the health and safety of all of our staff and clients, we have increased focus on keeping the spa clean and sanitized. You can expect to see staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, handrails, and counters throughout the spa.
